I went to the Washburne for lunch earlier this month! It was very good. I don't remember what I had; I think a turkey sandwich with bacon and a bowl of soup.

Ha. Oh I had no idea, but then I thought that might have been the case after no one else seemed to say anything. So, it's pretty neat! Even when you click on an image to go to the page, it is different and better. I like it a lot!

I think you're one of the lucky 10% of Google users who got this feature updated already haha. I was on the site trying everything, but nothing would show up. Then I read this (http://www.cnn.com/2010/TEC... article and understood why haha. I can't wait to try it, though.

I agree. And the 'informed' interviewees were poli-sci majors. It really is no surprise to me to see this happening after the Obama election. I think it is largely peer pressure/not really knowing better and incredible marketing and PR for Obama's campaign that is continuing today. I'm sure it was probably thought about strategically among his staff.

This afternoon, I was asked if I wanted to be interviewed on south Florida's NPR station. I promise to be more informed about whatever they want to interview me about. haha

Certain parts of this article make me uncomfortable. Rather than exploring why a particular demographic is acting a particular way, it opts to hint at the purported ignorance of the demographic instead.

Also, it seems to me that most of their analysis applies quite nicely to adults too. :(

I seem to cook the same dishes over again, mostly ones my old roommates and I took turns cooking. Rice or couscous is in most all of them. Maybe a rice cooker would help you. Or using boil-in-a-bag rice. It pretty much does it itself and produces the same result.

I am a pretty good cook, but I can't do couscous and I tend to burn all rice. :(
